BPM Pulse Survey Recognizes KCI Computing
as Leader in Customer Satisfaction
Among More Than 20 BPM Vendors
Torrance, Calif. – February 28, 2007 – KCI Computing,
Inc. announced today it has earned the distinction
of “Highest Customer Satisfaction” among all
business performance management (BPM) vendors
represented in the fifth-annual BPM Pulse Survey.
Conducted annually by BPM Partners – an advisory
services firm with an exclusive focus on performance
management solutions – the BPM Pulse surveys
C-level executives, finance and IT managers
about their use of business performance management
and their honest evaluations of the application
and tools vendors in the market. Respondents
come from small, medium and large businesses
worldwide.
Early results from the survey were presented
by BPM Partners and Business Finance magazine
in the annual Beyond the Hype Webcast, which

Final results compiled this week confirmed that
KCI achieved the highest customer satisfaction
rating among all core performance management
vendors.
Customer satisfaction results were based on
customer responses across nine key areas including
sales process, price/value, product functionality,
ease of use, ease of implementation, performance,
product quality, documentation, and support/training
/consulting.
In contrast to the other BPM solutions that
