CONTROL® has been selected by yet another Philip Morris International entity based out of Serbia for attending to all of their budgeting, planning, analysis, data consolidation, reporting and dashboards needs. This is in succession with, 2 other affiliates of Philip Morris International from the regions of Dubai, UAE and South Africa already utilizing the tool for their internal budgeting and planning processes.

CONTROL® has been successfully running for more than 4 years at Philip Morris International, Dubai and has been extensively used for budgeting purposes within the corporate. There are also instances where CONTROL® connects to multiple data sources and helps in extracting and pushing of data to back end systems for global reporting purposes. All of these features from CONTROL® together with an easy to use excel interface have always put CONTROL® in first priority as the much sought out solution for detailed analysis, planning and budgeting.

CONTROL® shall be majorly looking at certain niche areas of Corporate Performance Management Consulting at Philip Morris International, Serbia. It would be the areas of HR Planning, Corporate Budgeting, price‐mix‐volume variance analysis, fixed assets planning and overheads planning with multicurrency deployment which CONTROL® shall initially be focusing on. The time lines for the project have been defined following a detailed project scoping session and a delivery model has been set in place.

It shall be the certified consultants from Summit Solutions, Dubai who shall be deploying the CONTROL® solution over the existing infrastructure at Philip Morris International. The solution is expected to go live within a minimum timeframe in order to meet the budgeting cycle timelines of this entity.
